A delightful cottage with an open plan living room and a double aspect. The glorious views are down to the fishing harbour of Lower Fishguard and in the distance the Preseli Hills. As the cottage faces east you will enjoy some marvelous sunrises. There is a Welsh dresser, leather sofas, cane furniture and a pine dining table. The TV has satellite freeview and there is a DVD and CD player.

In the shaker style kitchen the window looks out at the fishing boats in the harbour. It is well equipped with electric hob, double oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/drier and microwave. A child’s high chair is available on request. Off the entrance hall is a shower room with wc and wash hand basin.

Upstairs are 3 double bedrooms; bedroom 1 has a king size double bed and sea views. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds and there is a cot available on request. Bedroom 3 has a sea view. The bedrooms are furnished in country pine with Amtico American oak flooring; the bathroom has a bath with shower above, wc and wash hand basin. The beds are made up for your arrival and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.

Outside is a paved patio with a picnic table and there are two sun loungers for you to enjoy the spectacular views of the north Pembrokeshire coast and the Gwaun Valley. There is off road parking for two cars. The cottage has gas central heating which is included in the price during the summer. From October to April there is a £40 supplement. We don’t cater for pets.
