Cottage 3 boasts one of the best views in Pembrokeshire with uninterrupted sea views along the coast towards Newport and occasionally you may catch a glimpse of the Snowdonia Mountain Range in North Wales. The views from Cottage 3 are so amazing that you will not want to leave your holiday cottage. The 30 foot long living room has 5 large windows with spectacular views out to sea and views down to the fishing village of Lower Fishguard. In the distance you have views of the mysterious and magical Preseli Hills and the wooded Gwaun Valley. Twice a day the cottage is in a perfect position to watch the ferry from Ireland manoeuvre into Fishguard harbour.

The living room has comfortable sofas, a large dining table and a 42 inch TV with satellite freeview, along with a DVD and CD player.

The kitchen has a large table and an island unit and is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, induction hob, electric double oven, dishwasher, microwave and the washing machine and tumble dryer are in the adjacent utility room. The kitchen window has views of the fishing harbour and the french doors open onto the patio where there is a picnic table and two sun loungers are kept indoors.

The front door opens into a large slate floored entrance hall and there is a downstairs shower room with washbasin and WC. There is a downstairs twin bedroom.

Upstairs is a galleried landing and 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a spectacular 8 foot circular window which looks out to sea and the coast towards Dinas Island and a second window looks down to the fishing harbour. It is generously proportioned and has a king sized bed and a single bed suitable for a child. It has an ensuite bathroom and built in wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed with built-in wardrobe and sea views of Lower Fishguard harbour. Bedroom 3 has twin beds with sea views of Fishguard harbour. The family bathroom has a bath, separate shower and WC

There is full gas central heating, and this is included in the rental during the summer months. A supplement of £40 per week is made for heating from October to April. We don’t cater for pets. There is off road parking for 3 cars.
