Fishguard Bay is ideal for windsurfing, kayaking and boating and there are facilities for hiring these at the Watersports Centre. Regattas and sailing races are regular events throughout the summer.
You can fish in nearby rivers for trout, salmon and sea trout. There are several fisheries for coarse fishing and sea fishing trips are available nearby.
Horse riding is available nearby, and bring your bikes to enjoy the country lanes.
